Business Development Manager

Ms. Bryner is the Business Development Manager, an Office Manager, and the Graphic Designer for DESCO. Errin is responsible for the client relations, administrative management, and any marketing and graphic needs. Errin is also an active volunteer with the Galveston Bay Foundation. Prior to joining the DESCO team in 2013, Errin worked as a freelance Graphic Designer as well as a consultant for advertising agencies throughout San Diego. Errin was initially hired on at DESCO for re-branding, but stayed after being offered a permanent office administrative position. Errin was then promoted to Office Manager and soon after received the Business Development Manager position. Her leadership and multi-tasking abilities have proven successful with balancing the different roles she has at DESCO.

Lisa Hord, Errin Bryner, Krystal Villanueva,

DESCO’s administrative team consists of Lisa Hord, Errin Bryner, Krystal Villanueva, and Paige Hampton. Lisa is the Office Manager and is responsible for processing invoices, accounts receivable, and banking. Errin is the Business Development Manager and is responsible for client relations, payroll, and graphics. Krystal joined the DESCO team in 2014 as an Office Assistant and her responsibilities include reception, travel arrangements, and equipment management. Paige joined DESCO in 2014 as an Office Administrator and takes care of accounts payable as well as assists with accounting and editing.
