Mr. Kowalski is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DESCO Environmental Consultants, LP. He has been a managing partner since 2000 and has focused on the establishment and optimization of day-to-day operations for the company for more than 13 years. He is responsible for the recruitment and supervision of employees and provides oversight and quality assurance/control for all projects. Additionally, he performs final QA/QC checks on all company output pertaining to the delivery of services and customer satisfaction.

DESCO’s administrative team consists of Lisa Hord, Errin Bryner, Krystal Villanueva, and Paige Hampton. Lisa is the Office Manager and is responsible for processing invoices, accounts receivable, and banking. Errin is the Business Development Manager and is responsible for client relations, payroll, and graphics. Krystal joined the DESCO team in 2014 as an Office Assistant and her responsibilities include reception, travel arrangements, and equipment management. Paige joined DESCO in 2014 as an Office Administrator and takes care of accounts payable as well as assists with accounting and editing.
