Biologist / Project Manager
Mr. Mayo is a Biologist and Project Manager for DESCO. Roman is responsible for the coordination, preparation and field management of environmental projects, including wetland delineations, threatened and endangered species surveys, and vegetation surveys. When not conducting field work, Mr. Mayo spends much of his time preparing biological evaluations and reports for government agencies, including USFWS, NMFS, and USFS. Prior to joining the DESCO team in 2012, Roman was a biologist and biological compliance monitor for several projects from California to Texas. Roman has extensive experience working with threatened and endangered species and providing clients with effective solutions for avoiding impacts to natural resources while ensuring field objectives are met. Mr. Mayo has had the opportunity to work in several unique environments gaining valuable knowledge and experience. His leadership, passion for the natural world, and work ethic allow him to excel in all aspects of his job.

Lisa Hord, Errin Bryner, Krystal Villanueva,

DESCO’s administrative team consists of Lisa Hord, Errin Bryner, Krystal Villanueva, and Paige Hampton. Lisa is the Office Manager and is responsible for processing invoices, accounts receivable, and banking. Errin is the Business Development Manager and is responsible for client relations, payroll, and graphics. Krystal joined the DESCO team in 2014 as an Office Assistant and her responsibilities include reception, travel arrangements, and equipment management. Paige joined DESCO in 2014 as an Office Administrator and takes care of accounts payable as well as assists with accounting and editing.
