2016 Offshore Technology Conference

5/2 – 5/5/16: DESCO’s Jackie Gilliam and Errin Bryner attended the 2016 Offshore Technology (OTC) Conference in Houston at the NRG Park. There were thousands of professionals attending from all over the world. The final count for attendees was around 68,000 people. This year’s conference was rated in the top 15 for highest attendance in its 48 year history. The exhibit floor was rated 3^rd largest in history with more than 2,600 companies exhibiting. Innovations in efficiency and safety seemed to be a theme throughout the 3 days conference. OTC also invited over 700 individuals seeking to restart their careers with free attendance on the Open Access Day.
