DESCO Speaks to the Woodlands Preparatory School Science Club

4/26/16: DESCO’s Principal Scientist, Arthur Perkins gave a presentation about his education, training, and experiences in the field of ecology to the Woodlands Preparatory School Science Club. Mr. Perkins told the students stories of his experiences in field and on his favorite projects. The Science Club was made up of approximately twenty five 8^th to 12^th grade students with Ms. Mona Hudnall as the faculty advisor. Ten of these students are members of the Science National Honors Society.
