Provided monitoring and oversight services of survey, drill, and recording crews operating within a 153 square mile project area, which encompassed the Biloxi Marsh Wildlife Management Area. Identified and monitored bird rookeries and marsh vegetation to minimize disturbance.

This project was important to me because I grew up around, worked in, and played in the Anahuac NWR.. It is a beautiful place that was hit hard by Hurricane Ike. It was a privilege to work with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service to restore this natural beauty and ensure that future generations can have the same experiences I had growing up and discovering the uniqueness of the Texas coast.
